I'm not receiving the Houzz newsletter. What should I do?

If you are no longer receiving the Houzz newsletter in your email, first check make sure you are still subscribed. Sign in to your account, and go to Your Houzz. Click Edit Profile. Expand Advanced Settings and make sure the box next to "Subscribe to Houzz Newsletter" is checked. If you need to, click the box, then click Update.

If you are subscribed but not receiving the newsletter, check your junk or spam folders to make sure Houzz emails are not ending up there inadvertently.
