I'm not receiving credit for Houzz Badge. What should I do?

Our system looks at the homepage of the website listed in your contact information on your professional profile. If the badge is placed on any page other than your homepage, our system will not see it.

Check that the badge works by clicking on it, and making sure it opens up your Houzz Professional page.

It takes about 24 hours for the link to register in our system. If you just added your badge, check back tomorrow to make sure you are getting credit for your badge. If not, please contact us using the Submit a Request link above.
